i was disappointed when i went to the lavatory. it needs sorting out, it is really tired. new staff seem to have no idea what they are doing, this is a problem. managers need retraining too. i expected better.

I found some aspects of the bathroom disappointing. The taps seemed quite worn. I also noticed that the staff turnover was high. New staff often seemed unfamiliar with procedures. I observed a shortage of staff, who could provide experienced service.

The room was lovely (it was a Classic Double Room Park View). The staff were friendly and helpful, which I found very pleasant. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was quite delicious. The hotel showed flexibility because my sister stayed with me one night, and my partner stayed another.
The first time I stayed here was less than adequate. this time the air conditioning could have worked better (it was a bit too warm for my liking).
